Round cultured Akoya pearls, 4 of them each about 6.7-7.2mm wide, and 20 of them each about 3.5mm wide.
3 round natural sapphires each about 2.2mm wide.
12 round brilliant natural earth mined diamonds estimated at 0.10 ctw.
Marked 14k with arrow maker's mark.
Weighs 8.9 grams.
Brooch pin dimensions are about 1-3/8" tall x 1-1/4" wide.
