Shipping policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is up to date before placing an order with us. We will check to make sure the shipping address is valid. Once we receive an order, we will ship only to the address given at the time of order placement.

Handling is within 1-3 business days (specified on listing) of cleared payment.

Please contact us for Combined Shipping if ordering multiple items.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped out. This will usually be in the form of a tracking number for a postal service (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and can be used to track your order on the respective postal service's website.

You (or a trusted associate) may be required to be present at your given shipping address for signing off on an order before it is released to you.

Our postal cost includes insurance for fragile, breakable and items over $100.

If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer can file a claim with the shipping provider in order to be reimbursed for the item directly from them. If insured, we can provide you with the necessary insured mail receipt, but you must file the claim with the provider.

We are not responsible for any damage incurred in transit, nor will we accept a return on said items.
