This fabulous collectors piece features a repousse and oxidized Deco-tribal dragon motif.
The piece has fine quality of workmanship and complexity of detail. Repousse work was done by only the most skilled of Taxco artisans and could take up to a day or more to complete a single piece.
This is a large bracelet. It’s 3 ¾â wide in front, narrowing to 1 ¼â in the back. The smallest inside measurement is 7 ¼â, adjustable with spring closure. The bracelet weighs 93.1 grams.
The bracelet is in very good vintage condition with some wear commensurate with age. Some of the oxidation is worn and needs retouching. The hinge is soft and could use tightening.
