Natural sapphire set in a custom-made mariner's knot style charm pendant, in 14k white gold.

The dark blue oval sapphire's dimensions are about 4.6mm x 4mm x 2.7mm.

The charm pendant is about 3/4" long x 9mm wide.

The bail loop in back will fit a 2mm wide chain.

Not marked, but tested to be 14k gold.

Weighs 3 grams.
