The center marquise cut lab-created pink sapphire measures 9mm x 12mm, and is estimated at 4 carats.
The ring gallery is rose gold and is set with 18 round pink topaz gemstones, estimated at 0.02 carat each for a 0.36 carat total weight.
The sides of the ring shank are set with 6 full cut round CZs, estimated at 0.03 carat each for a 0.18 carat total weight.
Total carat weight of the ring is estimated at 4.5 carats.
The ring setting at the top measures 14mm x 17mm, and it rises 9mm above the finger.
