Center oval natural ruby, dimensions 7.98mm x 5.46mm x 3.55mm, at 1.30ct gem weight.
14 round brilliant natural earth mined diamonds at 0.48ct tw gem weight, average clarity of SI1 and color of H-I.
24 baguette natural earth mined diamonds at 2.69ct tw gem weight, average clarity of VS and color of H-J.
Overall gem weight at 4.46ct tw.
Includes Gemworld appraisal document, with replacement value of $8,560.

Not marked as such, but tested to be 14k gold.
Ring finger size 6.75.
