Center is set with natural oval sapphire 8.06mm x 6.09mm x 2.92mm, at 1.20ct gemstone weight. Has been heat treated.

Marked PT585 PDN. Ring size 6.75. Weighs 5.9 grams.
Ring setting in front is about 19mm widest, rising 5mm above the finger.
