The top and bottom are decorated with genuine red coral hand carved roses. The brooch is 43 mm tall by 34 mm wide (about 1-11\/16′ x 1-5\/15″) . The coral roses measure apx. 5 mm wide at the bottom and 8 mm wide at the top.\u003cbr\u003eThe back has a C-clasp to wear as a pin or brooch. There is an S shaped piece in back that will allow for a chain. The top of the S is not soldered to the back of the pin. For a fine chain, it might be advised to have a jeweler solder the back of the S to the piece.\u003cbr\u003eThis brooch is not marked.
